Shipping Policy

Fast & FREE Shipping Worldwide + Standard Options

We offer FREE shipping to all customers in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. For those who need faster delivery, we also provide expedited standard shipping options.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

Processing Time: 1-3 business days
We process and prepare your therapeutic wellness orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

High Volume Periods: During peak seasons, promotional events, or unexpected high demand, processing may extend to 3-5 business days. We'll notify you immediately if any delays are expected and provide updated timelines.

Quality Assurance: Every wellness product is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure you receive only premium-quality therapeutic solutions.

We ship from warehouses closest to your location for faster delivery. Times are estimates and may vary based on specific location, customs processing, and external factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking & Communication

Tracking Information Provided:

  • Processing Updates: Email notification when your order enters fulfillment
  • Shipment Confirmation: Tracking number provided within 24-72 hours of order processing
  • Carrier Tracking: Full tracking details through carrier websites and our order portal

What You Can Track:

Tracking Limitations:

No Tracking Information? If you haven't received tracking within 72 hours of order confirmation, or if tracking hasn't updated for 10+ business days, please contact us immediately at store@zenithral.com.

Delivery Confirmation: Most carriers provide delivery confirmation. If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors, building management, or secure delivery locations before contacting us.

International Shipping - Customs, Duties & Taxes

Important Notice: International customers (Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand) may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their country's customs authorities.

Customer Responsibility: All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

Zenithral Disclaimer: We cannot predict or control these charges, and we cannot be held responsible for any customs delays or additional fees.

Refused Packages: If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, we will refund the product cost minus original shipping charges and any return shipping fees.

Shipping Restrictions & Limitations

Available Countries: We currently ship only to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.

Address Requirements: We ship only to physical addresses. PO Boxes may experience delays or restrictions depending on the carrier and location.

Product Restrictions: Certain wellness products containing liquids or aerosols may have shipping restrictions. We'll contact you if any items in your order are affected.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

Damaged Items:

  • Report damaged products within 48 hours of delivery
  • Email store@zenithral.com with photos of the damaged items and packaging
  • We'll arrange immediate replacement or full refund at no cost to you

Lost Packages:

  • If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, contact us within 14 days
  • We'll investigate with the carrier and provide a replacement or full refund
  • Most "lost" packages are delivered to neighbors or secure locations - check thoroughly first

Missing Items:

  • Report missing items from your order within 10 days of delivery
  • We'll investigate and send missing items immediately at no charge

Force Majeure & Delivery Delays

Occasionally, factors beyond our control may cause shipping delays, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters, severe weather conditions
  • Pandemics, health emergencies, or government restrictions
  • Carrier delays, strikes, or service disruptions
  • Customs processing delays for international orders

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Before Shipping: Contact us immediately at store@zenithral.com to modify or cancel your order. We'll accommodate changes when possible.

After Shipping: Once your wellness products have shipped, we cannot modify the order. You may return items following our standard return policy.

Multiple Item Orders

Warehouse Fulfillment: We ship from warehouses strategically located near you for the fastest possible delivery times.

Separate Shipments: You may receive your therapeutic wellness products in separate packages, each with individual tracking numbers.

No Additional Cost: Separate shipments never result in additional shipping charges to you.
